I’m Hailey and I’m a graphic designer, creative director, and printmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. My work is rooted in mission-driven, human-centered service design and I specialize in branding, logo design, web design, and all aspects of print and digital campaigns from ideation to execution.
I currently work as the creative manager for The Century Foundation, a progressive think-tank centered around economic, racial, gender, and disability equity in education, health care, worker’s rights, and U.S. foreign policy. Prior to joining TCF, I worked as the creative and design director at Cause Lab, an impact advertising agency committed to serving nonprofits and arts and culture organizations around the globe. There, I developed groundbreaking digital and out-of-home campaigns for esteemed organizations such as The Robin Hood Foundation, St. Ann’s Warehouse, Nonprofit New York, The Walk (with Little Amal), and Urban Health Plan, among others.
I previously worked as a graphic designer during the 2022 midterm elections for The Pivot Group and as a freelance designer I collaborate with organizations and nonprofits such as Hot Bread Kitchen, Dancing Classrooms, and The Therapy Institute. Before turning to design, I served as the director of special events at Anderson Ranch Arts Center from 2014 to 2020.
I earned my MFA in communications design from Pratt Institute in 2022 and my BFA in studio art and printmaking from Colorado College in 2014.
